Marina Culic Fischer is a Managing Partner for Pleon Dialog, in Zagreb, Croatia.  She also serves as the Central/Eastern Europe (CEE) New Business Coordinator for Pleon Europe, is an Associate Member of the Pleon European Board, and a Member of the Management Board, BBDO Group in Croatia. Fischer’s primary focus is on managing and growing the Pleon office in Croatia and improving Pleon’s presence in the CEE region.

Fischer was one of the creators of the Pleon CEE network and has served as Managing Partner at Pleon Dialog since its launch in January 2006. Prior to that, Fischer was the co-founder and Managing Partner at Dialog communications, which was the foundation of today’s Pleon Dialog.

From 1998 to 2000 she was the Head of the BBDO Zagreb PR Department and she acted as the Account Manager at BBDO Zagreb from 1995 to 1998.  Fischer worked as a PR consultant at Ogilvy and Mather Focus in Prague, Czech Republic, from 1993 to 1995.  She started her career as a journalist for several Croatian and Czech TV and print media.

Fischer earned a Master of Arts in communications and a Bachelor of Arts in TV journalism at Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic.  She is a member of the CPRA, CAA, CIPR, and IPRA.  Fischer occasionally lectures on Public Relations at different private universities in Croatia as well as at professional conferences and contributes to various Croatian media on Public Relations topics.???
