On 21 September 2005, Pleon will hold a Customer Value Network event for marketing professionals.
Held at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, topics will include how marketers can better adjust to the preferences of customers by predicting future customer behaviour. The main topic of this event is the importance of customer value administration and starting a dialogue with the customer. The Customer Value Network event focuses on professionals in marketing, CRM, DM, communications, telecom and the Internet.
The event is free and is held between 14.00 and 18.00 at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam.
Speakers are Egbert Jan van Bel (Pleon Amsterdam) on Event Driven Marketing, Jaap Vink (SPSS) on the prediction of customer behaviour and Jo Buxton (Experian—Scorex) on marketing optimisation (see programme). Other activities arranged for visitors are a knowledge market and a photo exhibition on the ‘Contrast between European and African consumers.’ In the evening, the organisers will hold a VIP programme.
