February 2008, Bucharest, Romania – Pleon has announced management changes at its Romanian operation. Mircea Tomescu has been appointed to lead Pleon Graffiti as PR Director. He is taking over from Pleon Graffiti CEO, Liliana Serban who is moving to the Pleon Brussels office to pursue an international role leading one of Pleon’s largest pan-European accounts. Roxana Mihalache will support Tomescu and continue to handle new business projects.
For the past three years, Tomescu was Account Director at local parent-company, Graffiti BBDO, where he developed integrated communications projects that have been internationally recognised. Tomescu has extensive experience in managing accounts, delivering successful public relations efforts and brand communication campaigns.
